The Relationship Between Website Design And Website Development

It is just your imagination if you think that a website and the web presence the website offers you just appear out of nowhere. It is just not enough to pay and get a website created as a one time job. A business owner should actually look at creating a website and developing content as a job that never ends. Never let yourself think that creating a website alone is a completed project.

Website design

Though it is true to say that creating a website design is the first step to making your website, this alone doesn’t fulfill the requirements needed for a website to function. Creation of website design should be followed by website development.

Being the foundation of creating a website, the design serves a lot of purposes

· Helps in content development

· Helps you with your programs

· Helps your customers make decisions that favor you

· Provides a positive user experience.

In the process of designing your website care also needs to be taken to consider the ways in which back-end data management systems, tracking systems and proprietary programs can be integrated.

Website development

There is no point in creating a website that is stunning if people are yet to find it. This is where business website development can help. The development of website should literally get the website at the top of search results on almost all the search engines. This can be achieved only if good SEO practices are followed.

It is almost a certainty that the website will play a major role in boosting the sales of your business if and only if you will continuously work on the website development. The following are the ways in which continuous development will help,

· Create interest in prospective clients

· Provide education to target markets

· Bring your website to the top of search engines

· Helps build a good amount of followers

Listed below are a few strategies that are followed to ensure good website development.

1. Strive to provide quality content on a regular basis- Search engine optimization is highly benefited by the presence of good and quality content. A lot of new businesses use management service companies to provide writing services. When you have good content on the website, your website is considered with high regard by search engines. As you keep posting new content on the website, search engines will keep crawling the website and make the content available on search results and online. e poe tegemine

2. Work hard to get as many inbound links as possible- The number and quality of inbound links you get from other websites especially if they are authoritative websites will surely give you a good SEO boost in search engines. You would be able to receive these links by writing news articles and submitting them to good websites like Forbes with a link to your webpage.

3. Create user-friendly interface- Keep trying to modify the site as per the requirements of visitors. Take feedback positively and create an interface with which visitors would easily be able to work around. A good idea would be to make the website multiple server platforms friendly. This way, visitors wouldn’t be disappointed when they try accessing your website from their smartphone.

4. Elements that keep visitors hooked to your website need to be added- Doing this will ensure your visitors are engaged and this in turn will increase your presence online. An example is to add videos that are fun, friendly, interactive and interesting.

5. Adding channels through which your website can be found- You can add elements in the website that can connect your visitors to the social media thus giving your website a lot more exposure.

Slot Machines Are Relatively New To Computer Games

When I hear the term “Slot Machines” my eyes tend to glaze over as I recall the opulent, fashionable themes of the casinos in Las Vegas. It’s like stepping into another world with the choice being yours as there are so many now.

First – a bit of history. [1] Charles Fey of San Francisco, CA is credited with the invention of the slot machine. It is believed that his first envision of the machine was in 1895 but it was not until 1897 he produced his first prototype. It has only 3 reels and they displayed a combination of five symbols – horseshoes, diamonds, spades, hearts and a Liberty Bell and the payout was determined by which symbols were revealed in a row on the machine. The “Liberty Bell” as it was called was enormously popular and therefor copied by a number of manufacturers. This new form of entertainment was given a number of creative names. It was referred to as a “slot machine” in America, a “fruit machine” in Britain, “the slots” in English Canada and “pokies” in English Australia and New Zealand. The “One Armed Bandit” was a popular phrase used as well since the originals machines operated by pulling a lever on the side of the machine and very often relieved the hapless get-rich-quick player of all of his hard earned money.

By 1908 many cigar stores, saloons, brothels and barber stores had installed them for their customers entertainment.

Fast forward to the 1980’s. As with most technology the inner workings of the slot machine became a computer program and when embellished with all of the bells and whistles the modern machine took shape. Those machines that were set up with around 10,000 possible winning and losing combinations changed and increased to over 16 million possibilities.

The video slot machine changed the industry again when it dispensed with moving parts (reels) in favour of graphics. Essentially – the video slot machine was a computer game. Now the sky was the limit on how the game was presented, the amount of interaction between player and machine and bonus spin off games were incorporated into the experience. ufabet

Those who built the machines and the entrepreneurwho installed slot machines in their establishments quickly discovered the value of the “near miss” and the machines were programmed to draw attention to the near misses as an indication the big “win” would be forthcoming. Researcher Luke Clark explains the attraction of the “near miss” in Discovery Magazine. [2]

Researcher Luke Clark in the above mentioned article states: “Gambling has essentially hijacked the natural reward system…. and he adds that it’s not only gambling addicts who have to worry about being tricked by their own brains. “Importantly, our volunteers in this study were not regular or problem gamblers, and so these findings suggest that the brain may naturally respond to near misses in this way.”

As a safe alternative [I say safe alternative with the stipulation that one plays only on sites like and plays without betting] there are computer gaming sites such as that have the most imaginative themes for their slot machine games. There are hours of entertainment available without destroying lives or lifestyle.

Here’s the thing…if you enjoy slot machines just for the entertainment value, try the fun and games online at places like It is always a good laugh and one can enjoy a rainy afternoon or, if you are a Canadian and live in the Great White North, pass the time when it’s -30 with a nasty wind blowing. I say this because that’s how I got started. It’s great fun.

I Think I Have a Gambling Problem – What Should I Do?

Some people have quipped that the only problem gamblers have is losing. Would that it was that simple. Solving problem gambling involves a lot more than just finding a winning system or having a lucky streak, because a gambling problem is a deep seated situation that involves a lot more than just losing a game or money. Addictive gambling can rob you of everything you care about or hold dear and it isn’t about winning and losing, it is about gambling and action.

Like a lot of decisions in life, the decision to try to get help for problem gambling is often difficult to make because it is hard to see things clearly. You may wonder, “Do I really have a problem with gambling? Would everything really be okay if I could just start winning? Can I hit a lucky streak to pull myself out of this and then stop?”

Those are all questions that face many people who have started the long slide backwards into the terrible experience of compulsive gambling. Gamblers, like other addicts, are great at rationalizing and talking themselves into things, even though they know deep down inside, that those rationalizations are just lies. For instance, let’s compare the gambling problem to a drinking problem. A gambler may think, “If I could just hit a lucky streak and win more I’d quit gambling for good.” Then he or she goes out and gambles more, a lot more, after all, the lie that he or she will stop is allowing him or her to gamble with a clear conscience, for a while anyway.

Alcoholics often tell themselves a similar lie. “I’ll go out and have a good time and drink all I want and get it out of my system, then I’ll stop.” Then the drinker goes out and ties on a good one. But after the effects wear off, he or she is right back at it again. The same is true of the gambler who says he or she will stop after a big win or lucky streak. Even if he or she does manage to win, the gambling doesn’t stop, in fact, it usually gets worse. Obviously, the cure for a drinking problem isn’t more drinking and the cure for compulsive gambling isn’t more gambling. ufa

Gambling causes other problems in the lives of addicted gamblers, such as relationship problems, money problems, career problems, and finally, health problems. In fact, as the disease progresses, it has an effect on every part of the gambler’s life. Are other parts of your life being affected by your gambling? That is usually the acid test to decide if it is time to act. If you are asking if you have a problem, then you almost certainly do.

So the next step is an easy one, believe it or not. All you have to do is to get information. You have learned about other things in life, now it is time to learn how to stop gambling and get your life back under control. Where do you get such information? From other gamblers, of course. What I recommend is that you call GA, Gamblers Anonymous, and briefly explain the situation. If you call and say, “I think I have a gambling problem,” they will help you. In fact, from that point forward, you will be getting help from experts and it is fee of charge. Just say those words then listen. That’s not so hard, is it

The 5 Steps to Selling Your Home on Your Own

While it’s not always advisable, it’s definitely possible to sell your home on your own – in other words, without a Realtor. If you’re organized and follow the steps below, you can potentially save 2-3% in Realtor commissions. On an average home price, this means savings anywhere from $3000 – $4500!

Now please keep in mind: this will mean spending around $1,000 up front to really do everything correctly. You can simply look at this as an investment in saving money, however, once you actually sell the home.

Step 1 – Get your home professionally inspected.

Depending on the size of your home, this will cost anywhere from $200 to $400. Almost all buyers will get a home inspected, but I recommend you – the seller – do it yourself before putting the home on the market.

The reason for this is simple: you need to know more about the home than your buyer does when it comes time to negotiate price.

Normally the home goes under contract at a specific price, then the potential buyer gets the home inspected. This puts you, the seller, at a disadvantage. The reason being, it’s better for you to know any potential problems when you are pricing the home, rather then finding them out once you have a buyer.

Let me put it this way: do you know if your home is wired up to code? Unless you’re an electrician, you probably don’t. Now think about this: which would be better, for you to know that your home isn’t wired up to code and price it accordingly, or for you to find this out after a buyer has your home under contract?

In a home negotiation, knowledge is power! It’s worth $300 to get the edge in this department.

Also make sure you get a termite inspection if termites are an issue where you live. Termites can destroy your home quickly, and many times you won’t know this until it’s too late. The good news is most termite companies will inspect your home for free as a way to earn your business. You can even have more than one company do this inspection.

I recommend you do these inspections before you do anything else. The home inspection usually takes about 3 hours, and the termite inspection takes about 1 hour. Other than letting the inspectors inside, you don’t even have to be present in the home! Most inspectors can schedule their work to be completed within a week’s time.

Step 2 – Get three contractors’ bids on each major item that needs repair.

After the inspections, you will know what’s what. You then should consider repairing major items. These include: foundation, electric, plumbing, HVAC, framing, and roof work. If any of those things show up on the inspection report, get three different contractors to look at the issue and give you a bid. Make sure you get these bids in writing

Additionally, you’ll want to bring in contractors on any big cosmetic issues. If you have old carpets, holes in the wall, broken windows, etc, you will want to know what is costs to fix or redo them.

Now, none of this means that you need to actually fix anything. This depends on how the housing market is doing in your area. If homes are selling quickly, I recommend not making any repairs and just selling the home “As-Is,” with the cost of these repairs subtracted from the price.

If it’s a tougher market for sellers – or what’s often known as a “buyer’s market” – then you may need to look at getting the major items fixed or allowing for an additional “repair allowance.”

This will be a big help in your price negotiation. If your buyer brings up an issue, you will already have contractor bids in hand. You can simply adjust the price in a way that works better for you both. Plus, when you show that you’ve done your homework, a buyer is usually less likely to resist in whatever price adjustment you offer.

Step 3 – Find out what homes are selling for in your neighborhood.

I emphasize the word selling as it doesn’t matter 1) what a home is listing for or 2) what you think it’s worth. A home’s value is what a buyer is able and willing to pay for it.

You may need to consult with a Realtor to find out what other homes have sold for. Many will be happy to do a market analysis and let you know a good selling price for your home. This does NOT lock you into working with that Realtor, but make sure you let them know in advance that you are going to sell the home on your own. That same Realtor can always find you a buyer, so doing this number analysis can benefit both parties. สร้างบ้าน

Pricing the home correctly is critical, so you need to also factor in the price of any repairs needed. My suggestion is to simply subtract their cost from your asking price and sell the home “As-is.”

Having the bids from contractors about the repair costs will help show your potential buyer (and the buyer Realtor involved) that you are serious and organized. It can speed up the selling process as sometimes the buyer won’t even require a new inspection, and this open transparency on your part is the key to getting a deal done fast.

Step 4 – Clean, de-junk, and stage your home

You want your home to be as clean and clutter free as possible. If this is easy for you, then by all means do it yourself. If not, I’d recommend “Got Junk” to get rid of any clutter and then a cleaning service.

You want as few of your own personal items in your home as possible. You might even consider renting out a storage place for a few months as well.

You want to stage your home which basically means removing personal items and arranging your furniture in a simple way.

The basic idea behind staging is that your potential buyer will start to “see” their own furniture in your house. Once this happens, they’ve started to buy your home already. It might sound strange, but homes that are staged sell 79 percent faster!

Manufactured Home Parts and Supplies: Getting the Most Out of Your Mobile Home

Manufactured homes are both a practical and popular choice of living for those who wish to have the security of owning a home but do not have the capital to invest in a traditional property. Over the years, the quality of manufactured homes has risen greatly, with many state of the art features that really turn a house into a home.

There are a few important factors to consider when choosing the parts and supplies for your manufactured homes so that you do not encounter too many problems, these include

Good quality skirting is required to keep your home looking good and actively keeping away vermin that can get in between the cement base and the base of your home. Pests may seem harmless but they can easily chew through your electrics and your plumbing which can be costly to repair. Good quality skirting looks good and makes your home appear and feel more secure.

A solid floor should be a definite investment as scrimping on the quality of the wood will only lead to issues with damp and rotting a few years down the line. If you are currently living in a manufactured home and have a soft spot on the floor it will need to be addressed as quickly as possible so that the whole floor does not crack.  บริษัทรับสร้างบ้าน

A solid roof is essential in keeping out rain, cold and pests. A leaking roof can quickly cause mold inside of your house and if you leave it unchecked your whole roof could give way. A well-built roof will also provide great energy savings as it will keep in heat during winter and in summer, a cool roof coating can reflect up to 80% of sunlight.

Good ventilation is a legal requirement when owning a manufactured home with 4% of their floor area in the form of windows or a ventilation providing ventilation for the whole home. There are a number of ventilation systems available with varying levels of energy efficiency. You will need to explore all options to see what system would suit your requirements.

A good plumbing system is another integral part of a manufactured home. The last thing that you need is a clogged up toilet or a blocked sink when you are trying to relax after a hard day at work. Plumbing is likely to be one of the most costly aspects when building or renovating your home, but spending money from the start will save money on repairs in the long-run. An electric water heater is a must if you want a reliable hot shower in the morning. A plumbing system for a manufactured home is different from a site built home so you need to do your homework before rushing to fit it in your new home.

If you own a manufactured home or you are looking to renovate your existing home, ensuring that you have covered all of the above necessities will ensure for a happy home and many years of content

Ten Things to Consider When Looking for a Technology Consultant

  • consultant” or “turnkey provider”. That means whatever is thrown at them they take care of, from virus removal to time clock installations. It’s sort of like a general contractor for a technology. They may handle 90% of whatever is needed themselves, but they will delegate tasks that they are not experts at to true specialized professionals. If a technology consultant turns down helping with fields of technology completely, or they try to handle everything from phone systems to servers it could be a sign that they are either too inexperienced to have proper relations with others in their field, or overreaching their experience for the money. Both are equally dangerous to the consumer.

  • A computer consultant needs to have insurance. Don’t just ask, ask for a copy of the policy. If they are going to be working around anything very expensive it might be a good idea to be listed as an additional insured on their insurance. Insurance is inexpensive for a technology professional, so not having it may mean that the consultant doesn’t take his work seriously. Also, quite a bit of technology delves into construction work, especially cabling. One wrong move with a drywall saw white mounting a display, and contractor insurance is the difference between an insurance claim, and bankruptcy.

  • If the technology consultant runs a cable make sure that they use a cable certifier and provide the results. Cable certifiers are not cheap, but certified cable can mean the difference between frustration or wonderful results.

  • Make sure that the technology professional guarantees their work. That may seem like a no-brainer, but most computer repair shops have no guarantee whatsoever. Some computer repair companies remove a virus from a PC and it shows back up three days later leaving the consumer in the same place with a lighter wallet.

  • Make sure the technology consultant knows were all of the important data is, and has a good solution to do on-site quick backup and restores, and remote backup for disaster recovery. Make sure that there off-site backup is through reputable data center such as Amazon S3, or rack space, and not at their office which could get hit by the same tornado as the office that they are supposed to be protecting.

  • Think twice about getting a computer consultant that is also a retailer. The old saying goes “When you’re a hammer everything looks like a nail.” When a consultant is a retailer every problem looks like a chance to sell expensive hardware. Some retailers have really great technology consultants working for them, or they are excellent technology consultants themselves. The danger is always that there is a conflict of interest when someone recommends a product that they have a vested interest in getting rid of. gps tracker

  • Make sure that the technology consultant provides an encrypted file with all of the logins and passwords. Nothing is worse than firing a technology consultant, only to find out that whoever is hired to replace them has to spend 20 to 40 hours reconfiguring everything in the office and resetting all of the passwords in the organization because the previous IT consultant is mad that they got fired.

  • Make sure that the invoices you get have a good breakdown on them. Understand that the technology consultant must charge a markup on hardware, software, and services or they will go out of business. However it does not mean that they should be charging $50 for something they purchased for a dollar. They probably won’t if they have to give a good breakdown on the invoice.

  • Consider doing work with a consultant that gives terms such as 15 or 30 days. It is much easier to get warranty work rectified by your computer consultant when you are not in default on your account, but have also still not paid your bil
